What is the return policy?

We offer returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unused, and in the same condition it arrived in (including protective stickers/packaging where applicable).

To start a return, email us with your order number and the reason for return. Once approved, we'll send return instructions.

Please note:

  • Returns are not accepted for damage caused by misuse, accidental knocks, water damage, or strap sizing after wear.
  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can sort it quickly.
Are Seiko mods original?
  • Our watches are custom-built, modified timepieces we use genuine Seiko movements to create timeless watches inspired by classic designs
  • Goldson & Genève is not affiliated with Seiko or any other watch brand.
How long is Delivery and build times?

Orders are built in 1 to 2 days and checked and dispatched within the next working day, depending on how busy we are.

Delivery times usually take:

  • UK: 7 to 14 working days after dispatch
  • International: 8-14 working days after dispatch (varies by country)
How do i adjust my watch strap?

Most metal bracelets can be resized by removing links. We recommend using a watch link removal tool which comes with every watch many tutorials online to help with the adjustment.

If you're not sure, message us with a photo of your strap and we'll guide you and help you.
Do you Offer Warranty?

Yes we do every watch comes with a 1 year warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers movement-related faults (the internal mechanism) and issues caused by manufacturing/assembly defects such as Movement faults, Hands/date problems, Crown/stem issues, Faulty clasp/bracelet

What's not covered:

  • Accidental damage caused by customer
  • Water damage / moisture
  • Normal accidental wear & tear
  • Third-party repairs or modifications done by another watchmaker
  • Incorrect use such as forcing movements or mechanisms
